If you would up it to for example you will see it spawns a little away from you. I think you just got lucky with the creature being female, as you cannot explicitly spawn a male or female version. How can i spawn a female dino… everytime i use the command spawn a male version. In order to spawn these, you can use the normal alpha spawn blueprints, but they are also included in this table for easy lookup. Instead, their alpha spawns have been altered and now have a bone look which will also give you the skins for your own dinos. For this command you will need the full blueprint paths of each of the dinos. However, there is a much more powerful command available which gives you more control over the dinos you can spawn in ARK: Survival Evolved.

Creatures, players and certain objects like the War Map or Single Panel Flag don"t have any paint regions to select from, but instead you can freely doodle on them. When painting structures, you can now select which region of the structure you want to color. If you want to use multiple colors, it can be more sparing on dye usage to have multiple brushes, each loaded with a different dye. After equipping the paintbrush, "attack" Lmb, , the target to color it with the brush. To use a paintbrush, drag the wanted color on the paintbrush in your inventory. The Paintbrush is used in combination with Dyes to paint Structures, Creatures, other players and yourself.
